We also know how to work with companies to address, and, when necessary, combat such claims.  At Swansburg & Smith, PLLC, our attorneys have experience defending businesses against an array of matters that might be the core of an allegation, or simply added to the back end of a complaint.  We’ve defended individuals and entities from claims of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, misrepresentation, and appropriation of likeness, among others.  And we have successfully represented state entities against a variety of state and federal constitutional claims, including violations of due process, equal protection, and the First Amendment.
